Forward Architecture successfully produced a full set of building control drawings for the addition of a large extension doubling the footprint of the bungalow, as well as creating an impressive open-plan living/dining area. The scheme also included the extensive re-design & internal reconfiguration of this bungalow located in Hayes, Beckenham, Bromley. The design involved the addition of rear dormers to the roof and the conversion of the loft space into a spacious, master suite boasting en-suite and dressing room facilities.
