We were approached by a private client to design a new build office development on an empty side plot of a larger industrial site, providing much needed additional office space for a growing business. The design approach was a completely new concept to that which was already existing. A contemporary new build design providing well light office space as well as being a statement peace for potential clients. The site provided many difficulties being a side plot which then joined on to a residential road. Our client was extremely happy with the design due to the usable space we created.
