Our clients approached us to assess their existing property portfolio, to make better use of the existing layouts of these two four storey Victorian terrace properties in the heart of London borough of Bromley. With our knowledge of the local and national planning policies, we were able to convert the upper parts of one building into numerous dwellings and add additional extensions to both properties. This allowed us to reconfigure internal layouts and propose additional residential units. Once the project was completed, we achieved 2 commercial units at ground floor level and 14 residential units above, more than doubling the number of units on site. Following a lengthy process of gaining planning and construction phase, once the project was complete our clients were delighted with the finished product and we have since looked at other existing estates for them.
