We were approached by a private client to design a new-build office development on an empty side plot within a larger industrial site, delivering much-needed additional office space to support a growing business. The design represented a clean break from the existing arrangement, introducing a contemporary new-build that prioritises well-lit office accommodation while making a strong architectural statement for potential clients. The site presented several challenges, being a side plot that adjoins a residential road. Our client was highly satisfied with the proposal, particularly the efficient use of space and the overall design outcome.
