This particular project comprised a rear yard/ back land development. Forward Architecture were appointed to produce a high quality scheme compliant with both Local and National Planning policies. A new build development was proposed to provide x3no. Flats of which one was x1 bed and x2 2bedroom. The site presented several constraints however, with clever design we were able to overcome these issues effectively, allowing us to produce a feasible and policy compliant scheme, in the heart of Eltham High street, London.
