We were approached to design a New Build development to replace the existing Costcutter store, hence providing much needed additional retail space for the family business, in Hither Green, Lewisham. Furthermore, in addition to the extended retail area, it was also proposed to increase the number of residential units from x2 to x4. The design approach was a completely new concept to that which was already existing. A contemporary new build design providing larger than average, high end residential apartments within 1 minute walking proximity to Hither Green railway.
