We were approached to design a New Build back land development on a derelict un used plot of land. The site contained many constraints due to its close proximity to neighbouring properties and their gardens, the site also shared boundaries with the A2.
A modern new build chalet was designed providing 1500sqft of contemporary living accommodation, boasting an open plan layout on ground floor level which is so well suited to todays way of living.
