Project Details
We were approached to design a New Build development to replace the existing single storey commercial building. The development achieved a commercial unit and six apartments. Providing much needed housing and commercial use for the community. The site was not listed however, we still had to deal with the heritage department in agreeing on detailing to be used on the building and archaeological department for the excavation of the foundations.
