We were approached by our clients to produce a feasible scheme for major extension and renovation works to the detached property in Sidcup, Kent. The brief was to produce planning and building control drawings for a full width, 4m deep, single storey rear extension, a front extension to provide a large kitchen/diner, a loft conversion with the inclusion of an apex detail for use as a bedroom with en-suite facilities as well as major internal alterations & renovations. In addition to these works, an external outbuilding spanning the width of the garden was also designed to accommodate a family gym and hot tub area as well as use as storage. The scheme was a planning success and the build was completed early 2014.
