Our clients required additional living accommodation and this was accomplished via the proposal of a double storey side extension, in Welling, Kent. Not only did these works provide an additional bedroom upstairs, but it also doubled the size of the existing ‘box’ room in the property, ultimately providing a large, 4 double bedroom semi detached home. Furthermore, the conversion and extension of the loft space resulted in the owners gaining an additional bedroom in the loft hence, making it a potential 5 bedroom home in a highly desired area of Welling.
