We were approached to design a New Build development in Mitcham, Surrey, on a disused side plot of land which had fallen in to bad state which was over grown and could not be accessed. Further to a initial site meeting, once appointed we had a number of design meetings with the clients to design a family dwelling which meet the local authorities polices and meet the clients requirements. The end result achieved was a house of high standard and finish which did not take long to sell.
